All reservations, changes or cancellations must be received in writing, preferably via e-mail at: email@example.com.
The hotel will receive the reservation request and will respond via email to answer any questions. Once the reservation is confirmed, the hotel will send the reservation confirmation via email, indicating the dates of payment. Only written confirmations from the hotel will be valid. KC Hotel San Jose cannot guarantee the reservation if the payment was not made within the established dates.
The additional person in the same room will have an extra charge, according to the rate table. Breakfast is included.
All rates include Wi-Fi Internet in rooms and public areas, as well as free parking.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 12:00 noon. If the client checks out after 2:00 p.m., the hotel will charge 50% of the rack rate for one night’s lodging according to the type of room.
Children policy: Children under 6 years old are free of charge, sharing room with adult/s (max. 02 children), breakfast included. Children are not allowed to stay alone in a room.
Special room requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.
The hotel does not allow pets with the exception of guide dogs for the visually impaired. This special situation must be indicated prior to the reservation request.
Any cancellation received less than 48 hours before the day of arrival will imply a penalty of 100% of the reservation.
Cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of one night.
All cancellations must be notified to the hotel at firstname.lastname@example.org. It will be considered valid as soon as the hotel confirms it.
No reimbursements will be made for partially usedvouchers, packages or “no shows”.
In ALL cases, no refund applies for unused portions of the stay, agency vouchers or no shows.
A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Credit cards will be accepted to guarantee the reservation as long as the credit card authorization is signed by the cardholder.
